Wellness & Nourishment

Move, learn, and restore with functional flow, nutrition workshops, and evening women’s circle.

Saturday:

Snowshoeing in the morning, cacao ceremony and breathwork at night — a full day of heart and healing.

Who is this retreat for?

This experience is for women seeking to slow down, reconnect, and realign — whether you’re new to mindfulness or already deep in your practice. All movement and sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Not at all. Every class and workshop is guided gently, with options for all levels. What matters most is your openness to explore and be present.

We’ll gather in Packwood, Washington, surrounded by peaceful mountain views and crisp winter air — a cozy, restorative space to reconnect with nature and self.

Your retreat fee includes 4 days / 3 nights of accommodation, all organic meals and snacks, daily movement and meditation sessions, workshops, and women’s circles. Optional add-on sessions (like massage or 1:1 coaching) are available for an additional fee.

To keep the experience intimate and meaningful, space is limited to a small group. This allows for deeper connection and personalized attention.

We’ll send a full packing list before the retreat, but essentials include warm, comfortable layers, sturdy shoes for outdoor walks, a journal, and an open heart. Yoga mats and props will be provided.

Accommodations are shared to foster connection and community. However, a limited number of private spaces may be available upon request at an additional cost.

Absolutely. Many participants attend solo and find beautiful connections during the retreat. It’s a welcoming space for both quiet reflection and new friendships.
