Be A Lighthouse

Embarking on a journey of growth is transformative but can also be isolating. You may find that those you love aren’t always traveling the same path. This realization was a struggle for me—navigating my own evolution while feeling the distance from those who remained unchanged.

Embracing your authentic self requires stepping away from the familiar and redefining what feels comfortable. As you begin to change, your loved ones can sense your shifting energy, which may trigger discomfort.

Here’s the thing about vibrational frequency—it naturally seeks harmony. So when you elevate your frequency to one of love and peace while someone close to you remains in anger or bitterness, a friction arises. Like two musical notes striving for resonance, this process, known as entrainment, creates tension. Imagine plucking a guitar string in a music store and watching the same note vibrate on a neighboring guitar—no touch required.

This discord can be uncomfortable, and too often, we lower our vibration to "keep the peace," sacrificing our growth to maintain harmony.

But how do we continue to evolve while staying in our higher vibrational state and uplifting our loved ones in the process?

BE A LIGHTHOUSE!

Visualizing this concept has been transformative for me. By nurturing my inner light through heart coherence, I remain anchored like a lighthouse, illuminating the way for others. While it’s tempting to dive into the stormy sea to rescue a loved one, doing so only entangles us in the chaos. Instead, stand firm in your lighthouse, shining your light to guide them back to shore.

Sometimes, offering a resource—another "ship"—is the most supportive action we can take. Remember, it’s not our responsibility to save others or lower ourselves to reach them. Growth requires navigating their own storm while knowing your light is a steadfast guide.

The next time you feel the tug to abandon your peace and dive into turbulent emotional waters, pause. Return to your heart. Ignite your light. Guide them from the shore.

Be the lighthouse, and let your unwavering presence become a beacon of love and support.
